For the Cake:
- 5 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 60 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 20 g desiccated coconut
For the Cream
- 3 dl milk
- 120 g butter
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 30 g desiccated coconut
- 1 vanilla pudding powder
For the Decoration
- 3 egg whites
- 300 g sugar
- desiccated coconut
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Separate the eggs.
Mixed the egg whites with sugar until will be hard. After put the l desiccated coconut into it.
Stir the egg yolks with baking soda and flour.
Mix the two creams.
Put the mix into a cake pan. (18 cm) Bake it for approx. 25 minutes.
When cool, divided into 3 parts.
Cook the vanilla powder with milk, and sugar.
Mix the powdered sugar and, if it is cold, mix with butter and add the desiccated coconut.
With this cream filling the cake, and coated it.
Put the sugar in a dish and pour in enough water to cover it (approx. 1 dl) and cook until the sugar is melted and the syrup becomes clear.
With 1-2 spoon of sugar and egg whites make a hard foam.Remove the sugar syrup from the heat, dropping it even in a hot, thin beam into the egg whites, with continuous stirring.
Until the foam is heated, beat with the whisk.
Cover the cake with this egg cream and fry the foam with a gas gun.
