Here’s a Stunning Spring Cake Adorned With Cherry Flowers and Marzipans!
My favorite season is spring. Beautiful- opening flowers, Singing birds, harmony…. Inspired me the nature’s blooming. I’ve just baked a simple cake with solid Easter eggs, which refer to celebrating mood.
Ingredients
For the Cake:
- 6 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 90 g flour
- 60 g cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- For the Cream:
- 100 g red fruits
- 1 spoon powdered sugar
- 3 dl whipped cream
- For the Decoration:
- 500 g marzipan (pink)
- 4-5 marzipan eggs
- Brown food coloring (eatable)
- Paintbrush
- Wild cherry flowers

Directions
Cake:
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- Separate the eggs.
- Mixed the egg whites with sugar until will be hard.
- Stir the egg yolks with baking soda, cocoa powder and flour.
- Put the mix into a cake pan. (18 cm) Bake it for approx. 25 minutes.
- When cool, divided into 3 parts.
Cream:
- Shake the fruit.
- Mixed the whipped cream until will be hard.
- After that stired it with fruit and powdered sugar.
- With this cream filling the cake, and coated it.
- The marzipan is rolled out and covered it to the cake.
- With the help of food coloring and paintbrush branches of the cake and decorate it with eggs and flowers.
